Terms of service
Last updated 2026-09-15. These terms govern your use of indmak.com and purchases made through it.
Purchases
- FieldLedger is sold as a one-time purchase (currently $99 USD). There is no recurring subscription.
- Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where supported; taxes are calculated by Creem at checkout.
- Your license key is delivered by email and made available in your account.
Refunds
If the software doesn't meet your needs, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; keys for refunded orders are deactivated.
License grant
We grant you a personal or business license to use FieldLedger on the number of devices shown on your license. See the EULA for the full terms.
Acceptable use
- Don't redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software or your license key.
- Don't attempt to bypass licensing, activation, or device limits.
- Don't use the software to violate export control or other applicable laws.
Account responsibility
You're responsible for keeping your account email and password secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or key was compromised.
Availability
The desktop app is designed to keep working offline. A connection is needed to start the free trial and to activate a license (and for periodic license checks while online). The website, licensing and download services are provided on a best-effort basis; see the Status page for current health.
Limitation of liability
FieldLedger is a record-keeping tool, not legal, tax, or accounting advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indmaksoft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
