How FieldLedger licensing works
Buy once, activate on your machines, keep using it offline. No subscription, no forced cloud account.
What you get
- A perpetual license for the purchased major version (1.x updates included).
- Activation on one computer at a time (single seat). To move to another machine, deactivate the old one first — if the old machine is gone, support@indmak.com can release the seat.
- Offline use: starting the trial and activating need a connection once; after that the app works fully offline for up to 60 days at a time, and reconnecting once refreshes the offline file automatically. While online it re-checks the license about once a day.
Trial
FieldLedger includes a 7-day free trial. It starts the first time you press Start free trial on the welcome screen, and the start date is issued by our license server — reinstalling, deleting the data folder, or changing your computer clock cannot restart it. Every add-on is unlocked during the trial. When it ends, your records stay fully visible and exportable; activating a license restores full editing.
Refunds
If FieldLedger isn't right for your operation, request a refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. See the Refund policy for details.
Transfers & re-installs
Reinstalling or replacing a computer is fine: activate again on the new machine (same or new fingerprint). Deactivate the old one first — if that computer is gone, support@indmak.com can release the seat.
