End user license agreement (EULA)

1. License

Subject to payment and these terms, Indmaksoft grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use FieldLedger on the number of devices permitted by your license. A license covers a single farm or business entity.

2. Activation & device limits

• The software may require activation on first use, binding the license to a device fingerprint.
• Each license covers one computer at a time. Deactivate a device to free the seat before activating another; sharing a license outside your entity is not permitted.
• Temporary evaluation keys issued by us expire automatically and must not be redistributed.

3. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• No removing or altering license checks, notices, or the signature verification logic.
• No renting, leasing, reselling, or providing the software as a service.

4. Updates

1.x updates are provided at no additional cost. We may require an up-to-date version for support. Major-version upgrades may be offered separately.

5. Your data

You own your records. The software stores them locally and includes export tools. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it for you — keep backups.

6. Warranty & liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are not permitted. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

7. Third-party components

FieldLedger includes open-source components under their respective licenses; the build ships a NOTICE file listing them.

8. Termination

This agreement ends if you materially breach it. On termination you must stop using the software; your data remains yours and exportable.
